Before Your Appointment
- Discontinue any use of Retanol, Retin A, and Vitamin A 5 days prior to your procedure.
- Do not ingest alcohol the night before your procedure.
- Do not consume caffeine the day of your procedure.
Aftercare
- Sun exposure should be avoided for the first few days after the procedure is done. It is required to wear SPF indefinitely after healing is complete.
- Do not use harsh cleansers, moisturizers, or exfoliators on effected areas within 24 hours after completing treatment.
- Avoid products that contain AHA, Glycolic Acid, or Retin-A
- Do not apply makeup to affected areas within 24 hours after completing treatment.
- Avoid washing or moisturizing your face for 24 hours
- Avoid Working out or swimming for 7 days
- Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated
- Avoid heat, saunas, hot baths, jacuzzi, or a hot hair dryer for 5 days
- DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER FACIAL PROCEDURES FOR 2 WEEKS
