In order for MJ Artistry and its artists to provide our clients with best experience and overall great service, Our Policies are as follows:
CLIENT – ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM:
Although a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it best that they do not sit-in on your procedure. The artist needs full focus to be on the client. Friends/Family tend to be a distraction to our artists as well as our clients.
Children, Toddlers, And Babies.
While we absolutely love them we kindly ask you do not bring them with you to your appointments. Unfortunately they are a distraction to the artist and by law are not permitted in the shop. Thank you for understanding.
BOOKING POLICY:
A Non-refundable booking fee of $106.25 is required upon booking and will be applied to your scheduled appointment, payment must be made by cash, Zelle, or Venmo within 24 hours or appointment will be cancelled. Deposit can be transferred to another date one time only if 48 hours notice is given. If not a new deposit MUST be made to book another appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Permanent Makeup procedures are time-intensive services. When booking your appointment you are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you to work with your artist. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time. This will allow us to be able to offer this time to another client.
Although we do not collect a deposit for touch ups if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time a $50 cancel fee will be required. As now we do not have time to get a new client in.
If you NO CALL/NO SHOW to your appointment you must then pay in full the procedure price in order to book with us again.
Tardiness:
Please plan accordingly for your procedure so you can arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Forms need to be filled out and we want you to be as relaxed and ready before the start of your appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, the procedure may be cancelled and result in the loss of your deposit. As now we can not fill this spot.
Right to Refuse Treatment:
Although extremely rare, we do reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:
- Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn,suntan)
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Any behavior in which, in the opinion of the artists at MJ Artistry’s work would be compromised or their ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results.
